Apr 14, 2004 - This Friday...A Big night for Photography in PIXburgh

Friends, Romans, Countrymen:

Just so you know of two hot and happenin' photo exhibitions opening THIS FRIDAY...that's 48 hours from now, for those of you still installing your work.....pass this along to any photo-centric folk who might be interested.

The first is the group show "PIN UP" at the Cultural Trust's new downtown gallery SPACE at 812 Liberty Avenue. I actually have an installation in this show, one of my rare gallery appearances, so I hope you'll come and see it and get your drink on at the  OPENING RECEPTION,  5 TO 8 P.M.

Afterwards, I plan to hightail it on up to Oakland to catch the opening for the new Pittsburgh Filmmakers exhibition by my pal Rob Long and Dror Yaron of the Manchester Craftsmen's Guild. Their RECEPTION is from 7 to 9 p.m., so if you plan your night well, you can easily make both events and save yourself the cost of dinner by getting your grub on with all the free wine and snacks.

Specifics for both events follow. Hope to see a bunch of you out and about. The weather's SUPPOSED to be nice!

Three Cheers For Spring!  Hip Hip Hooray! Hip Hip Hooray! Hip Hip Hooray!
