Hello
everyone,
This is a two-parter for volunteering. First, WYEP will need 4
volunteers to help at our table at Art All Night on Saturday the 24th.

We need 1 person per shift to hang at the table and hand out stuff.
(no
selling)
Shifts are: 5-6:45, 6:45-8:30, 8:30-10:15, 10:15-midnight

Also, if anyone would like to help for the actual Art All Night people,
they still have some slots open. Read below for details. Thanks!!
Night Owls, I really need you guys to help out with some of the wee
hour
openings. Early Birds, I can sure use your help on Sunday morning.
Some of the areas we are really lacking help include –
Food Pick Up on Saturday afternoon
Food Service on Saturday night from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />8:00-12:00pm
Volunteer Registration on Saturday from 2:00-8:00pm
Minglers on both Saturday night and Sunday morning
Information table on Sunday morning from 6:00-8:00am
Volunteer Registration on Sunday from 8:00am-2:00pm
Art Pick Up on Sunday from 2:00-4:00pm
Clean Up on Sunday starting at 2:00pm
If you are able to volunteer please email me or call 412-802-8410 and
let me know what times are best for you and if you have something in
particular you are interested in doing.
Remember, there will be plenty of good food available to the volunteers
during the event and we’ll be having a kick-a$$ volunteer party
afterwards. This is one of the funniest events in Pittsburgh and it is
only possible due to the all the great volunteers who come forward each
year.
