-- FLUX is in "flux"! We're are growing, adjusting, and improving our
event! Our team has set new goals, improved organization, increased
lead time on events, better access for artists to the neighborhood
"site", increased quality of featured work and presentation, and an
overall desire for a greater beneficial impact on the neighborhood,
artists and audience involved at each FLUX.

Help spread the word. Please pass this call for artists on to all your
artists friends. Thanks for your support! And we hope to see you at the
next FLUX!

CALL for ARTISTIC PARTICIPANTS:

WHO?
Local Artists of all kinds!
LOCAL means you currently live/work/go to school in Pittsburgh or the
immediate vicinity (for instance West Virginia does not count but
Butler does). ARTISTS means well...we're not even going to pretend to
know. Past participants have included the likes of painters, poets,
sculptors, fire eatin' gypsies, clowns, yogis, metal workers, break
dancers, belly dancers, salsa dancers, kung fu dancers, cake making
performance artists, filmmakers, game show hosts, big-ass puppets and
music of all levels of amplification. The intent of FLUX is to
highlight the creative talent that exists within our region. If you
consider yourself (or your group) an artist --no matter your age or any
of that other stuff-- then, yep, we're talkin' to you.
Previous†participants, as well as folks who've never been in an event,
†are encouraged to submit their info...
