While the Penn Avenue Arts Initiative (PAAI) is working to get artists in equity positions, we have had many inquiries about rental opportunities for both live and work spaces. So here¹s an update of what we know about that is currently available for rent to artists. Please let us know if you rent one of these places so we can remove it from the list.
