Artists wanted for F4 Festival (May
12)and Penn Avenue Festival Rocks Against Racism (August 23):
The Friendship Folk and
Flower Festival is quickly approaching. It is scheduled this year for Saturday,
May 10th from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. If you haven't pre-ordered your herbs,
veggies, potting flowers, baskets, flats or perennials....time is running out.
The deadline for pre-orders is Friday, May 2nd.
Don't wait, mail your order TODAY!!

If you would like to volunteer at the festival, please email Holly King at
hulamae@hotmail.com. Let us know what you think you might like to
do--set up flowers, tents, books, raffle tickets, clean-up, or help fill
pre-orders of flowers.
We are still in need of raffle items, so if you know of a cool item that you
could have donated, please contact Martha Terry at materry+@pitt.edu
This year I am requesting the support of the artists along Penn Avenue. If
you can donate your time, piece of artwork, a gift certificate to your studio,
mucho gracias!!!
