Hello Soul-Patrollers:




As you know the SOUL-PATROL CONVENTION

traveling from the Pittsburgh area:




Saturday, July 19th




a) Bus departs Cleveland 5:00 a.m., arrive Pittsburgh 8 a.m. At Penn and Shady Avenue in the parking

lot near State Store/Family Dollar/Giant Eagle complex

b) Bus departs from stop in Pittsburgh at 8:30 a.m.

c) Will stop for lunch in Breezewood Pa.,

d) Bus will arrive Mt. Holly NJ (Best Western Hotel) 3p.m.




Sunday departure time not determined yet.




The cost is $160 per person (includes your convention ticket, transportation and Hotel!!!).

 

You must have your non-refundable deposit of $80 in by June 13th.

The balance of $80.00 is due by July 12.

It’s gonna be one hell of a party, a unique event where you will be able to eat, drink and be merry in the company of your fellow Soul-Patrollers along with our special guests, legendary artists from the world of Classic Soul, Black Rock, Funk, Jazz and Blues!

Billy Paul, Bernie Worrell (P-Funk, Talking Heads and W00 Warriors), Pookie Hudson (Spaniels), Soul Generation (featuring Cliff Perkins), Vince Montana (Salsoul Orchestra), Ray Davis (P-Funk, Temptations and Original P), Sonny Boy, Ray, Goodman & Brown, Sarah Dash and T.M. On the “1 and 2’s” we will have some of the top DJ’s on the east coast such as Will Chill (WBZC - NJ), Kevin Amos (WRCT - Pittsburgh), The Legendary 'Giant' Gene Arnold (WIFI-FM, WEEZ-AM, WCAM-AM, WCAU-AM,WIBG-AM, WZZD-AM WTAF-TV-29, WPHL-TV-17) and Mike Boone, ALL from Soul-Patrol.Net Radio, will be spinning the best in Classic Soul, Funk, Blues, Slow Jams, Black Rock, Disco and Neo Soul , from 9:00 pm - 1:00am... Some of the proceeds from this event will once again go directly to the "OPEN UP YOUR HEART FOUNDATION" (established by Soul-Patrol's own MIGHTY MIGHTY DELLS), which helps the 'FORGOTTEN VICTIMS' of the 9-11 TERRORIST ATTACKS ON THE UNITED STATES.

If you can't come to the event you can still donate to the foundation by purchasing a ticket.

COST:

* $20.00 If you buy your tickets online via PayPal. (right on time)

* $25.00 If you buy your tickets in advance via check/money order. (doin' fine)

* $30.00 If you pay at the door. ('cp' time)

DIRECTIONS FROM:

· PENNSYLVANIA AND POINTS WEST : (bout 25 min from Philly, 1 hr. from the western suburbs)

Take Your Best Route To Pennsylvania Turnpike East. Take Pennsylvania Turnpike To New Jersey Turnpike. Go South On The New Jersey Turnpike (one exit) To Exit 5 . Get Off At Exit 5 (Burlington) And Go West on Route 541 for 5 lights and you will see the FIREHOUSE, just prior to the intersection of Route 541 and Route 130.
Free off street parking.
