The Baltimore show went very well a couple of weekends ago. We got
there
and back safely and made a few new fans along the way. Once we were
home
Mama discovered she had an offer to play Philadelphia later this month.
So
it looks like we'll be on the road again soon!
Have you picked up the latest copies of Pittsburgh Magazine and/or
Whirl?
Mama Spell is in both of them this month! Look for the issue of
Pittsburgh
Magazine with Tommy Maddox is on the cover, and this issue of Whirl
with the
Survivor chick on the cover. Mama Spell is in both of them (the
magazines,
not the people).
If you haven't yet bought a copy of Mama's comedy album, "Stories with
No
Morals," now is a great time to buy it. Get it either on-line at

Mama has an art opening a week from tomorrow at Casbah in Shady Side in
Pittsburgh. The opening is during their happy hour and is scheduled to
run
from 5-7 pm. The folks over there are featuring some of her paintings
from
over the past few years. The art will be there on display for the
month of
August, so if you're not able to stop by that evening, please stop by
sometime during the month. And of course you can stay at Casbah that
night
after seven, but Mama will be dashing out of the door then. She has a
hefty
agenda later on (since she's going to see Mr. Murray Hill at the Warhol
