artists
and educators working in all types of reclaimed, recycled and reused
materials
to participate in a Festival of the Salvage Arts, October 18-19, 2003

We are seeking workshop leaders, installation artists, exhibitors and
artist-demonstrators to showcase the many, diverse and inventive uses
of salvage
materials on Saturday, October 18, 2003 both within the warehouse and
gallery

Interested artists are invited to learn more at a introductory
"walk-through"

Breeze on
Saturday, JULY 19 from 10-12. (Please arrive as close to 10 as
possible.)
You'll be able to view the space, generate ideas with festival staff
and get a
feel for the huge assortment of available materials. A written proposal
describing your project, its costs, materials and time/space
requirements will be due
no later than August 18.

Please RSVP to Selene Depackh at artificts@hotmail.com if you plan to
attend
the walk-thru on July 19, if you have any questions about the Call for
Artists, or if you cannot make it to the walk-thru and would like to
receive an
artists' prospectus.

We look forward to your input!
